Consent Of the Website Visitor to the Processing of Personal Data
Hereby I, in execution of the Federal Law requirements from 27 of July 2006 № 152-FZ “About personal data” (with amendments and additions) freely, by my own will, in my own interest, and affirming my legal capacity, give my permission CJSC “The Arctic Circle Company” (OGRN (primary state registration number) 1031000750010) and LCC "ARKTIKA" (OGRN 1157746405442) (hereinafter - the Company), the Company’s website https://www.ice-diving.com; for processing my personal data with the following conditions:

The Consent is given to process personal data either with or without the help automation equipment. The Consent is given for the processing of my following personal data: surname, name, patronymic; phone number (home/mobile); email; user data (location information, type and version of OS, type and version of Browser; device type and its screen resolution; source where the user came from; from what website or following what advertisement; OS and Browser language; which pages the user opens and on which buttons the user presses; ip address); data about me which will become known during the contracts execution (in case of contract between me and the Company), and other public information about myself.

The purpose of processing the personal data: processing incoming requests from individuals to advise on various questions related to the Company’s entrepreneurship; for the Company as the owner of the website to carry out business activities; analysis of the actions of an individual on the website and the functioning of the website.

Processing of personal data is based on article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; article 6 of the Federal Law № 152-FZ “About personal data”; this Consent of the site visitor to the processing of personal data.

During the processing of personal data the following actions will be done: collection, record, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), extraction, usage, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

I am hereby notified by the Company that the intended users of personal data are the employees of the Company, persons engaged by the Company on the basis of civil contracts, as well as persons belonging to the same group of companies as CJSC “The Arctic Circle Company”, and/or third parties engaged to process of personal data and authorized for processing of personal data.

I am aware that:
7.1. This Consent to the processing of my personal data is indefinite and may be withdrawn by written statement from me to the Company’s address. Revocation date counts as the day following the date of giving the written statement about revocation of the website user consent to the processing of personal data to the Company;
7.2. Have the right to access my personal data, to require clarification (update, change) my personal data, deletion and destruction of my personal data in case of the Company’s process violating my legitimate rights and interests or legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. In case of revocation of the Consent to the processing of personal data the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without my permission on grounds expressly established by the Federal Law № 152-FZ “About personal data” from 27 of July 2006.
7.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data is possible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. By the Consent I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data and accuracy of the provided personal data.
9. This Consent is valid until the termination of the processing of the personal data according to paragraph 7.1 of the Consent.
